Customized products such as laser engraved drink coasters, picture frames, cutting boards, and cooking utensils are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away to allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem for you! - Non-Customized Engraved gifts may be returned/Exchanged within 30 days of order.
- For return, product must not be broken upon return.
- Return is for store credit
